$170   per night - *Off-Peak
$190   per night - *Peak
$30     per night for additional guests
(Maximum of 6 persons total. Two Townhouses are available that sleep 8. Ask about availability.)

Prices are based on a maximum of four guests. Prices are subject to change and are current as at January 2008, and include GST. Minimum of 3 nights.
*Peak periods are Public Holidays, School Holidays & Special Events. Call for dates.

Servicing of apartments may be arranged at an additional cost to the guest.
Continental Breakfast or Cooked Breakfast provisions can be left in the apartment for an additional charge. Please advise office staff if you would like to take advantage of this service.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
Facilities are available for all major credit cards, and credit card payments may be made over the telephone. To secure your booking a deposit is required and the balance to be paid in full on or before your arrival. If a booking is cancelled, no refund of deposit shall be made unless advice is given 21 days prior to the booked arrival date. Please note a $50.00 administration fee will apply for any cancellations, and a minimum booking period of three nights may apply.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Apartments are available for occupation from 2pm, and checkout time is strictly 10am. Please see office staff if other arrangements need to be made.

Sorry, pets are not permitted on the premises, and all apartments are Non-Smoking.
